Join us on March 18th for some visible mending with printed patches! Aisha is well known as a lino print artist and will be bringing along fabric printed patches and will be teaching us how to hand sew them onto our garments. We encourage you to bring along a textile item to sew your patch onto. We will also have garments from the tip shop that need some love and care - if you fall in love you can take these home with you!

In April we are learning Sashiko! This technique is great to strengthening weak areas in garments and will also teach you basic hand sewing skills which are useful in many areas of mending.

$10 from all Generous tier tickets goes towards free monthly Micro Mill workshops for community organisations like the Wellington Women’s House.
